Zyglo is a highly effective liquid fluorescent penetrant inspection method designed to identify cracks and surface discontinuities in various materials. This advanced technique involves applying a specialized fluorescent dye to the surface of nonporous materials. The dye penetrates any cracks or discontinuities, and when examined under ultraviolet light, these imperfections fluoresce brightly, making them highly visible. We employ this precise and sensitive method on all our turbine housing and compressor wheels to ensure that even the most subtle defects are detected. By utilizing Zyglo, we guarantee the integrity and reliability of these critical components, maintaining the highest standards of performance and safety.
